Return Policy

1. Every customer of ours (both individual and business) has the right to return purchased merchandise (undamaged and unused, otherwise compensation for lost value will be claimed) within 14 days from the day they acquired the item (delivery of the order).

2.1. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Subsequently, upon receiving confirmation of the return registration, the unused and undamaged (otherwise compensation for lost value will be claimed) merchandise must be delivered at the customer's expense to the address provided by us within 14 days.

2.2. The estimated cost of return for non-standard/oversized products may range from 500 EUR to 3,000 EUR, depending on the carrier chosen by the buyer.

2.3. The buyer is responsible for organizing the return on their own. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

2.4. Include in the package the declaration and the returned product/products, along with all received accessories and the receipt or invoice.

3.1. If the returned item is furniture, we recommend using the services of a professional company specializing in the transportation of such goods, such as Ambro Express, DHL, DPD.

You may choose another transportation company that offers the option of providing a secure shipment with specified parameters.

3.2. If the returned item is susceptible to damage (e.g., products with glass or delicate elements), we recommend selecting an option (e.g., "handle with care") and instructing the courier to appropriately label the shipment.

3.3. If the buyer returns the item, they are responsible for proper packaging (preferably in the original packaging, along with all original materials protecting the item from damage). The buyer is liable for any new damages (not subject to a complaint) occurring during the return transportation due to inadequate packaging by the buyer.

4.1. In the case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments, excluding the shipping cost, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed the absence of damage and use (undamaged and unused, otherwise compensation for lost value will be claimed). We will make the refund using the same payment methods used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution. This right applies exclusively to consumers.

5.1 The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts concerning non-prefabricated goods.

Returns do not cover personalized made-to-order products, meaning those whose individual personalization for the customer may limit or exclude their sale by the seller, thereby exposing the seller to potential unjustified costs. Personalized products refer to non-prefabricated goods produced according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs. In special cases, such goods may be accepted by the seller only after prior agreement with the seller.
